What Documents are required for booking?

For Indian Residents, rider must have a valid driving permit and Aadhar Card or Passport given by Government of India. For global guests, a legitimate driving permit from their nation of origin with a worldwide driving license is essential alongside a substantial visa and Passport. It will be ideal if you bring the original one as a duplicate will be Verified and held for documentation purposes. Aadhar Card/Passport will be Submitted.

Is fuel included in Tariff?

Fuel is excluded from Tariff. However, We assure that all vehicles will have enough fuel to refuel at the closest Fuel Station.

Is there any Kilometers limit?

We offer Unlimited Kilometers for all the Bookings.

Do I need to pay any Security Deposit?

Indeed, Rider needs to pay a refundable store of ₹ 1000/ - for Scooters & Motorbikes, Security Deposit for Superbikes is ₹ 3,000/ -. Security Amount will be Paid at the hour of Vehicle Pick-up.

When Can I expect my Security Refund?

We initiate an instant refund after booking completion.

Is there any late bring Charges back?

Indeed! On the off chance that the customer Exceeds the Time Limit with no insinuation before 6 hours of booking, at that point it will be Chargeable ₹ 100/ - as a fine notwithstanding extra Per Hour Charges.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If the customer raises a solicitation for a retraction before 24 Hours of Pick-up time, then half of the booking sum will be retained, and half will be discounted.
